She received her B.A. degree from the Center for Specialized Studies CESDE, Colombia, a B.E. degree from the University of Antioquia, Colombia, and an M.E. degree from the University of Antioquia, Colombia.

Ms. Monica has 14 years of professional experience in administrative processes, leading lectured lessons and training courses (in-person and virtual), experience as a workshop facilitator, and coordinating administrative and educational strategies in different projects.

Her research interests include history and gendered narratives, the press as a source in the humanities and in the social sciences, and female creations in literary and intercultural Education. She has participated in several international conferences in which she has presented part of her research. She has also published his literary creations in two literary anthology books with publishers in Colombia. She participated in the creation of the Salón de la Palabra (Hall of the Word), a training space around orality and writing focused on undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Antioquia. Ms. Monica hopes that her experience will contribute to the consolidation of the Center for Language and provide the community with a space for learning and cultural exchange through language.

She graduated from King Faisal University, majoring in English. Now she is the administrative assistant at the Center for Languages (PCL) at Prince Mohammed bin Fahd University.

At the center, she is the person in charge of the registration and admissions process, payments, and every administrative process related to the students or the instructors.  Additionally, she is the person in charge of providing general information about our courses and programs.
